Queen's University Belfast - Law Scholarships for students from Hong Kong
New scholarships for students from Hong Kong studying Law at the University from 2020/21.
These include:
- One £5000 Scholarship in the name of Lord Justice Kerr, Justice of the Supreme Court of the UK and graduate of Queen's University
- Two £3000 scholarships in the name of the School of Law at Queen's
Prince Philip Scholarship for Cambridge University
The Friends of Cambridge University in Hong Kong supports the most talented local young people to pursue their tertiary education in one of the most renowned universities in the world - Cambridge University. Subject to means testing, the Prince Philip Scholarship covers up to the full cost of all fees, accommodation and living expenses for a full undergraduate programme at the University.

The HK St. Andrew's Society: The J R M Smith Scholarship
The Committee of the HK St Andrew’s Society shall decide from time to time which schools will be invited to nominate. Candidates are to be nominated by the school principal.
Scholarship amount: HK$10,000
Eligibility: Current Year 12 students, must be born Scotland of whom at least one parent is Scottish, resident and undergoing full time secondary education in Hong Kong, and who have achieved the highest level of academic excellence in their IGCSEs.

These scholarships are split into three categories:
- Global Academic Excellence scholarships offering a £5,000 tuition fee discount for the first year of study, for high ability students of any non-EU country
- Country-specific Academic Excellence scholarships offering a tuition fee discount of up to £10,000 for the first year of study, for high ability students domiciled or a national of a specific country
- Region-specific Academic Excellence scholarships offering a tuition fee discount of up to £10,000 for the first year of study, for high ability students domiciled or a national of a specific region
Ten scholarships offering a tuition fee discount of £5,000 for each year of study (up to three years), for exceptionally high achieving students from any non-EU country.

The D.H. Chen Foundation Scholarships at Oxford
A 3 - 4 year scholarship that provides comprehensive support - course fees and a grant towards living costs. Scholars can also receive up to £2,500 to undertake one internship anywhere in the world during their studies.

University of Oxford - Magdalen College
Magdalen Hong Kong Scholarship, up to four years in total at a maximum value of £40,000 per annum as a contribution towards College and University tuition fees and living expenses. Candidates should be intending to return to Hong Kong or the PRC on completion of their studies. Awarded to eligible candidates who have been accepted for a place at Magdalen. Preference will be given to candidates who will study Law, Politics, Philosophy, or Economics. Courses longer than four years are not eligible, nor are courses in Clinical Medicine or Business Studies. This scholarship may not be awarded every year. There is no separate application process.

University of Warwick
Warwick Undergraduate Global Excellence Scholarship, join the creation of knowledge that can change both the world, and your own career opportunities. It is their way of showing that there is no barrier to talent.
In 2023 Warwick awarded scholarships totalling just under £1.5 million to students from more than 40 different nationalities worldwide. This included 20 full-fee scholarships, 160 half-fee scholarship and 70 £2,000 awards.
The total funds available for the scheme in 2024 will be equal to 2023 however the split of awards for 2024 is currently under consideration. .
