Most Competitive Pathways
Students who are looking to apply to competitive courses such as Medicine/Dentistry/Veterinary Science and / or wish to apply to Oxbridge, Ivy League and other competitive US universities (those with an acceptance rate of lower than 15%) are invited to take part in our MCP programme.
The programme runs from January in Year 12 to December in Year 13, and comprises of 1-2-1 discussions on application preparation, extra reading, super-curricular activities, personal statements, choice of Oxbridge colleges and a series of weekly discussion groups and journal clubs for Science and Medicine.
The programme aims to develop the higher order critical thinking and interview skills of our students and provide information and guidance throughout the application process, empowering students to take initiatives and make decisions. Working alongside our Higher Education team, links are forged with leading universities and alumni to create opportunities for engaging guest speakers and expert mock interviewers to help guide and advise students in their application process.
