York University International Student Scholarship
The major scholarships range from $1,000-$35,000 CAD per year. The applicant must be a high achieving student, demonstrate leadership and community involvement, and meet the full eligibility criteria listed on the Student Financial Services page – look for “International Scholarships and Awards Requiring an Application”.
Nomination: Students must be nominated by their school. Only one nomination per school. Interested students must contact their WIS HE Counsellor in order to be considered. The school will select the student who best fits the profile and who is most likely accept their offer of admission to York University.

Lester B Pearson international scholarship program
The Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship recognises international students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and creativity and leadership. A special emphasis is placed on the impact the student has had on the life of their school and community, and their future potential to contribute positively to the global community. This is University of Toronto's most prestigious and competitive scholarship for international students.
Nomination: Students must be nominated by their school. Each school can nominate one student. Interested students must contact their HE Counsellor in order to be considered for nomination.
McGill University
Merit-based Entrance Scholarship Program
Need-based Entrance Bursary Program
Students need to submit separate applications.
